Positive: We have been to Crete many times but I have never met a host like Theo. Rating 10 is too low for him. He is extremely friendly. Theo is always available but not in the disturbed way. We stayed for a week in January. One heat pump was more than enough to heat both rooms. Room was very quiet. The water was hot and the water pressure was good. Location was great, just few steps from the beach and taxi station Is just outside the door. Taxi to old town coast 6-7 €, + 1€ tip. Walking distance is half an hour. We read visitors comments when booking and did not notice anything surprising. The apartment was as we expected.
